Human Resources plays the key role in the organization. As I described in my previous notes these valued asset was neglected through out the past centuries and they were merely machines and animals.
They had to work tirelessly with out standard mechanism and proper compensation .Working long hours with very hard work made their lives more miserable.Physical and mental harassment was part of their job and no one to tell their difficulties and hard ships.
Total monopolistic rules were practiced by the land lords and other noblemen.Ethnicity and literacy of the workers greatly impacted their jobs and owners had the  luxury of ousting their workers as they wish.
How ever after beginning of the Industrial Revolution in Europe this mentality tremendously changed and new necessity arose in order to implement to have a skillful workforce.
Large factories came with new technologies and owners had to retain the talent within the organization in order to avoid staff turnover. Competition was very high and all were heading to new industrial era .Traditional methods of handling people changed and much focused on systematic and scientific way .Scholars and theorists came up with their novel ideas and they opened the doors to new Human Resource management era.
